Ready to set up your WIAL Directory Account?

Let's Get Started!

Step 1: Navigate to directory.wial.org

Step 2: Scroll to bottom of page and click on ‘Password Retrieval’ under ‘Support.’

Step 3: All Certified Coaches in WIAL’s database have an pre-made account at the “Basic” Membership level.

Enter the email address used for your wial.org account. Your password and username information will be sent to that email. The email will be sent from directory.support@wial.org.

When you receive the email, it will prompt you to the login page. Once logged in, you will land on your profile edit page. If you are a WIAL Certified Coach, under “Account Details” on your Dashboard, it should read “Level: Basic.” If it says “Account Details: General User,” you will not be able to update your profile. This membership level is for those who are not certified.

Step 4: It is recommended to change your password. In your left sidebar navigation, click on the ‘Account’ tab which gives you a drop down. Select ‘Change Password.’

Step 5: You are now ready to customize your own personal page. Depending on your membership level, you will have different available features. Complete your Contact Details, Profile Photo, Listing Details, and About sections.

There may be completed information in your account already. This comes from the wial.org website. Verify it and make changes as needed to have an accurate profile.

This step is very important because it will enhance your profile. A personalized profile photo is required. After period of time determined by the Executive Committee, accounts without a profile photo will be placed on hold until updated.

Step 6: You will be able to increase your membership level under “Account” --> “Manage Account.” There you can manage your billing details as well.

Step 7: Explore the directory site to get better acquainted with it! Email directory.support@wial.org with any questions.
